Fall-Winter 2019/2020Bluffs fall copy compressed

Monday evenings – pole walking and gentle fitness in the North end of Halifax – 6:30-7:30 pm.

Sunday afternoons – Wilderness trail walking and gentle fitness class – carpooling available.  (usually 2:45-5pm incl travel)

Don’t see the class you are looking for?  You are always welcome to special-request a class with a group of friends – just contact us!
