Our small-group outdoor fitness classes and hiking outings are ongoing this spring-summer!  As the public health situation evolves, we continue to monitor guidelines and ensure our activities proceed safely.

Our regular schedule does evolve so please contact us if you want to ensure the info is up-to-date.  As of May 2022 these offerings are current  (weather permitting):

Classes are 75 minutes long unless otherwise indicated.


Mondays 5:30pmbeginner & intermediate group fitness in Needham Park area.  Includes pole walking option some weeks.

Wednesdays 1:15pm – intermediate group fitness, Needham Park area

Tentative class: Fridays 1:15 pm, beginner & intermediate group fitness, Needham Park area (This class is currently being offered on a trial basis and may become a regular offering, to be confirmed later this season).

Saturdays and/or Sundayswilderness hiking at a relaxed pace – various locations within a 20-40 minute drive of the peninsula, 1.5-3 hour outings, generally starting between 11 and 2pm.
