Spring-Summer 2022 – outdoor fitness & hikes
Our small-group outdoor fitness classes and hiking outings are ongoing this spring-summer! As the public health situation evolves, we continue to monitor guidelines and ensure our activities proceed safely.
Our regular schedule does evolve so please contact us for up-to-date information. As of April 2022 we are offering (weather permitting):
Classes are 75 minutes long unless otherwise indicated.
OUTDOOR FITNESS & HIKING
Mondays 5:30pm – beginner & intermediate fitness in Needham Park area. Includes pole walking option some weeks.
Wednesdays 1:15pm – group fitness, intermediate, Needham Park area
Mondays/Fridays alternating, 1:15 pm, – group fitness, intermediate, Needham Park area
Saturdays and/or Sundays – wilderness hiking at a relaxed pace – various locations within a 20-40 minute drive of the peninsula, 1.5-3 hour outings, generally starting between 11 and 2pm.
