We are continuing to proceed with caution this fall with our small-group outdoor fitness classes.  We practice safe physical distancing and contact tracing.

Our regular fall schedule is as follows (weather permitting):

Classes are 75-90 minutes long unless otherwise indicated.

Mondays 3:30 – gentle exercise and pole walking in Needham Park area

Mondays 5:15 – group fitness class, gentle-to-moderate, Needham Park area

Wednesdays 11am – group fitness class, gentle-to-moderate, Needham Park area

Fridays 1:00pm – group fitness class, gentle-to-moderate, Needham Park area

Saturdays – wilderness hike with fitness, various locations within a 20-40 minute drive of the peninsula, 2+ hour outing

Sundays – in-town or near-wilderness group fitness class, gentle-to-moderate, variable locations (Colpitt Lake area, Long Lake, Halifax waterfront, Commons, Needham area).
