Spring-Summer 2024 – Outdoor Fitness Classes

Our small-group outdoor fitness classes are ongoing this spring-summer!

Our regular schedule does evolve so please get in touch to confirm. As of March 2024, these offerings are current  (weather permitting):

Classes are 75 minutes long unless otherwise indicated.

SCHEDULE SPRING-SUMMER 2024

Mondays 10:00amall-around-healthful group fitness in Needham Park area.  Gentle cardio and strength. Balance, flexibility & posture work.  Instructor: Kat.

Wednesdays 10:00am – intermediate group fitness in Needham Park area.  50+ friendly, high-intensity interval training workouts (HIIT) that combine cardio fitness, strength training and core conditioning.  Instructor: Lisa.

Thursdays 10:30am –  all-around-healthful group fitness at the Needham Centre.
Gentle cardio and strength. Balance, flexibility & posture work.  Outdoors when weather is good, indoors when weather is inclement. Instructor: Kat.
