Our small-group outdoor fitness classes and hiking outings are ongoing this spring-summer!

Our regular schedule does evolve so please contact us if you want to ensure the info is up-to-date.  As of late-April 2023, these offerings are current  (weather permitting):

Classes are 75 minutes long unless otherwise indicated.


Mondays 10:00am (and occasionally 5:30pm)beginner & intermediate group fitness in Needham Park area.  Includes pole walking option some weeks.

Wednesdays 10:00am – intermediate group fitness, Needham Park area

Saturdays and Sundays (alternating) –wilderness hiking at a relaxed pace – various locations within a 20-40 minute drive of the peninsula, 1.5-3 hour outings, generally starting between 10am and 2pm.
