Our small-group outdoor fitness classes are going strong this winter!  We practice safe physical distancing and contact tracing.

Our regular winter schedule does evolve so please contact us for up to date information.  As of Jan 2021 we are offering  (weather permitting):

Classes are 75-90 minutes long unless otherwise indicated.

Mondays 3:00 – gentle & moderate exercise and pole walking in Needham Park area, plus dance-fitness(!) at 3:50

Wednesdays 11am – group fitness class, moderate level, Needham Park area

Fridays 1:00pm – group fitness class with pole walking option, gentle and moderate, Needham Park area

Most Saturdays – wilderness hike with fitness, various locations within a 20-40 minute drive of the peninsula, 2+ hour outing, often 11:30-2:30 pm incl driving.

Sundays starting Jan 10 – 12-1:30 – group cross-country skiing (classic) at Brunello in Timberlea
