Levels (group fitness)

Currently we offer group classes which accommodate a variety fitness levels.

The instructor guides participants to work at a pace that is comfortable for them.

Who are our classes for?  

Anyone can benefit from our classes.  Workouts include low- to medium-impact, full-body exercises.  Balance, flexibility and resistance training are key.  Our classes are seniors-friendly!

Beginners will appreciate the gentle options that our instructor offers during the sessions.  We support your fitness journey by giving you a strong foundation in balance, flexibility, and core strength.

Fitness-oriented participants will benefit from more challenging options.  This class helps build your flexibility, strength, coordination and agility – enhancing your performance and reducing your chance of injury in other sports and activities.

To take part in this class, you should be able to:
– walk for 45+ minutes without physical difficulty
– sit down on a mat and get back up again
– feel comfortable on uneven terrain
– have clearance from your doctor to engage in non-medically supervised fitness activities
